Delivery & Returns Policy
Packaging
ORIGINAL ART: Original Art pieces are framed as seen online under glass and in wooden frames. They are then carefully bubble-wrapped with corner protectors and sealed in a strong cardboard box for delivery.
PRINTS: Each unframed print is sealed in a recyclable cellophane slipbag and enclosed in a rigid cardboard mailer for protection. The A3 and larger prints are rolled in tissue paper, enclosed in a slipbag and posted in a strong cardboard mailing tube. Please open and handle with care.

Northern Ireland & UK - £6.00
IRELAND - £10.00
For all other countries please get in touch via email or the contact form before placing your order and we can give you a shipping estimate.
All products are shipped via Royal Mail UK Guaranteed including 'Tracked and Signed' (with insurance). The above delivery estimate includes the time it takes to prepare your order (Bespoke printing or framing of artwork). You will be notified when your items have been dispatched.
UK & IRELAND: You should expect no extra custom duties or taxes upon receipt of your goods.
REST OF THE WORLD - DUTIES & TAXES: Any additional custom or tax fees are applied once your item has arrived to its destination. This varies depending on your country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay these fees so contact your local customs office to find out what these charges might be before placing your order.
PICK-UP: If you are local and would like to pick up from our studio you can choose that option in the online shop and arrange a time via email.
Delivery Times
The delivery times above are estimated only. Sometimes there can be unforeseen delays due to busy periods, public holidays or postal strikes but every effort will be made within our control to ensure your parcel arrives promptly and safely. Also all art needs to be prepared and framed for delivery so please allow time for this. Unframed prints should arrive sooner if they are already in stock. If we are out of the studio for any period of time there will be an notification of the dates at the top of the website and the online shop will be temporarily closed.
If your order has not arrived and you feel it may be lost please get in touch within 30 days of placing your order and we will be able to help. Always double-check your delivery address is correct before proceeding to payment to avoid unnecessary delays or lost mail.
Returns Policy
We must receive returns within 28 days of receipt of delivery in the same condition that you received it. In order to qualify for a refund you must let us know via email: poharaart@gmail.com that you are returning it. Please include your full name, order number, name of the item you wish to return, the reason and whether you require an exchange or refund. You will then receive return authorisation and be notified of the return address.
Paula O'Hara Photography cannot be held responsible for returned products lost in the post so you may want to track and INSURE your item on its return for peace of mind. Please keep your 'proof of postage' receipt and tracking number. The customer is responsible for any return mailing costs on items.
Once your item is returned and we are happy it's in the original packaging and original condition, we will confirm approval for the refund.
This will be sent to the original method of payment within 14 days. We cannot accept returns outside of the terms listed above.
SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS: Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable. In the case of any refund paid the cost of delivering the item to you will be deducted from your refund amount (unless we delivered the item to you in error or it is faulty).
DAMAGED ITEMS: In the rare occasion that your product has been damaged in transit please get in touch within 48 hours of its arrival with photographic evidence of the damage. Return the damaged items within 28 days as received and we will offer a suitable replacement, exchange or refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Gift vouchers, discounted or sale items, workshops, teachings, ticketed events or any digital/downloadable products or services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Commissioned artwork and any bespoke requests 'made to order' are also non-refundable.
Finally, to prevent unnecessary returns please double-check the details of what you will receive and the delivery address before placing your order. Also note the colours and brightness can vary slightly from what you see on your desktop screen or phone. (All screens are callibrated differently.) Rest assured all final artwork is delivered as the artist intended it to look.
