The June Garden Workshop
Here are a few photos from our recent Mentoring Day in the Garden with The Rosehip and Berry. Irises and Memories
We have reached the end of May and the sky is cloudless and blue. It's early morning but already the sun is hot so I've shifted myself and my table into the dappled shade of the willows to write. Above me the House Martins are on the wing, darting in and out of their nests in the eaves to feed their hungry broods. I can hear children up on the hill laughing and squealing with delight. May and the 'Chelsea Fomo'
I had big plans for planting out today, but as soon as I stepped out the door, the heavens opened. I can't be too mad about it, as the ground is bone dry and nature is doing the watering for me. Whilst waiting for the rain to pass, I thought it would be a good time to share some May thoughts. Letters from the garden.
It's been quite a while since I've written a blogpost and shared it. It's a strange feeling to be sitting typing again.
